social environment of the factory and its relationship to workplace injuries: a field study

The environment is a pressing issue at all levels. Recently, it has been the subject of numerous studies examining it from various perspectives, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, due to its paramount importance to the continuation of life on Earth. The problem of workplace accidents and injuries represents a serious societal challenge facing officials in industrial societies and those rapidly industrializing. An accident constitutes an economic, social, psychological, health, and humanitarian problem, resulting in significant losses of life, equipment, and raw materials. Given the increasing material and human losses resulting from these accidents, including injuries, lost work time, loss and damage to raw materials and machinery, and production disruptions, industrial institutions incur substantial compensation costs for various disabilities suffered by workers. These institutions advertise for new employees, train them, and give them sufficient time to reach the same productivity levels as their predecessors. Furthermore, we must consider the damage to the reputation of these institutions caused by a lack of discipline.
