It has become obvious to President JoAnne Rush and the National Security Council that the institute is participating in gain-of-function research to weaponize viruses against the U.S. and her allies. The mission for Katy Morgan and the team is twofold: find the scientists and determine what viruses are being studied at the institute. Can the team carry out the president s orders?
