Valora

He wanted a quiet piece of land. He may have accidentally started a kingdom.
At twenty-eight years old, Red walks away from the noise of civilization searching for something simple: a little land, a home, and some peace.
What he finds is a barren frontier nobody else wants.
The rivers are dry. The soil is dying. Predators roam the wilderness. And the handful of people stubborn enough to survive there have learned not to expect miracles.
Red sees something different.
Potential.
With an old farmer named Cass at his side, an injured young Allosaurus that probably should have been left alone, and seven mysterious rings whose true power he barely understands, Red begins doing what everyone tells him cannot be done.
He brings back the water.
Then the land begins to heal.
And people begin to come.
Farmers. Soldiers. Craftsmen. Merchants. Mages.
What starts as one man's attempt to build a home slowly becomes Roma-a growing nation in a world already divided among powerful kingdoms, ancient peoples, dangerous beasts, and rulers who are beginning to ask the same question:
Who is Red?
VALORA: Who's Red? is the first book in an epic fantasy series about building a civilization instead of inheriting one, where diplomacy matters, war carries a real cost, dinosaurs walk beside armies, magic belongs to anyone willing to master it, and even forgotten things may deserve a second chance.
The land was unwanted.
So was the future being built upon it.
Neither would stay that way for long.
