Constitutional law is becoming more international, constitutions are becoming more standardised, the rule of law as a protector of subjective rights is becoming more universal, and constitutional justice is increasingly finding its way into the various political systems of the states. Constitutional review has become a symbol of the proper functioning of state institutions.
