Drawing on the guiding principle that the patient must always remain the clinical north star, the model offers a 360-degree containment field, one that sharpens role boundaries, protects staff from burnout, structurally embeds family support, and safeguards patient autonomy, transforming care planning from a compliance exercise into a living therapeutic system.
