This book examines the intellectual foundations and policy successes of the Biden administration s foreign policy for the middle class, from an interdisciplinary perspective that combines geopolitics and political economy. It challenges the general narrative that the foreign policy for the middle class was simply a misnamed domestic reform agenda with no relevance for foreign policy.
