Ocular Fundus Surgery

This is a comprehensive work on the surgical treatment of vitreous, retinal and choroidal diseases. The book is divided into three parts and 40 chapters, discussing the surgical treatment of various diseases from surgical foundation to clinical practice.

The first part discusses the basic knowledge, preoperative examination and surgical equipment and instruments related to the operation of fundus diseases. Laser treatment for fundus diseases and intravitreous injections are also included in this article.

The second part mainly explains the external microsurgery for retinal detachment, which is a new set of theories and surgical techniques for performing external retinal detachment surgery under a microscope.

The third part is vitreous surgery, which comprehensively and systematically introduces the latest advances in micro-incise total vitrectomy surgery techniques and their applications in various fundus disease surgeries. In addition to the commonly used surgical treatment for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, it also includes chapters on vitreous diseases, choroidal detachment, hemorrhagic retinal detachment, vasculitis, uveitis, and high myopia.
