Learning the Bible In Easy English

My name is Jacob. When I was 28, I met a young woman from the Philippines on the internet, and we began to fall in love. We spent much time talking about Jesus and the Bible. She was trying to learn English and also trying to learn more about truth and God. I sent her a study Bible so she could learn, but she did not know the words that were being used to teach.

So, I sent her teachings from pastors and churches in the USA. But she still did not know their words and so they were not helpful for her. So, I began to make short videos for her to watch where I taught the Bible to her using easy English words.

2 years later, I brought her to the USA and we were married. She was much better at English then, but I still taught her with shorter words than I used when teaching people who were born in the USA. And to help her and others, I began to write these teachings into a book.

Now, it's 2 years after that and I have finished 60 lessons. I hope they will help you to know the truth of Jesus. And that you will spend time learning and growing as God's child. My only want is for you to know God's love for you, and for you to live for Him.
