JC'isms is a personal interpretation of 1,800+ bible quotes and phrases for your wellbeing. The quotes are interpreted in chronological order from both the Old and New Testament from the "New Catholic Bible" St. Joseph's edition.

The bible quotes listed have been reviewed and interpreted by the author, Dr. John Clayton Riggs, but allows the reader to experience a similar journey by annotating each section and creating their own Bible journal for future reflection.

After reading the bible, cover to cover multiple times, Dr Riggs felt compelled to extract classic quotes and personally interpret his own thoughts and words without Artificial Intelligence (AI). These selections are intended to encourage meditation, inspire personal reflection, and help readers deepen their relationship with God through Scripture.

Now retired from clinical practice, Dr. Riggs resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he continues to read Scripture and attend Catholic mass daily.

He considers this book his spiritual legacy, inspired by the words of Jesus Christ in Matthew 16:24: "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow me."
