This room has the ability to consistently appeal to all your senses more than any of other individual room will achieve in your property. In a show home the living space room is the benchmark room which will inform buyers of what they can expect by way of the price range, and social standard of the rest of the show home. NOTE: Most buyers will struggle to make a decision about a home if this room is left unfurnished.
