This work is the result of research work in the framework of the Master's course in Public Affairs and Governance, carried out at the Columbia University of Paraguay in 2020. The implementation of a good information system is essential in the hospitals of Paraguay, because the programs, systems or other methods used such as spreadsheets are becoming obsolete in relation to the current needs and demands.
