Kenji Jackson is a carefree kid who was living the American lifestyle on a military base in Okinawa, Japan. His father, Major Conway Jackson, was an expert pilot for the United States Air Force who has a mysterious past and no family history. Life changes for Kenji one afternoon when Major Conway Jackson abruptly died with no explanation which leaves Kenji Jackson and his native Japanese mother homeless.
