About the author: Vishal Tayade is Assistant Professor of Pathology at Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He trained in oncopathology at Tata Memorial Centre and holds Part 1 of the FRCPath. His research and teaching span haematopathology, molecular diagnostics, and surgical pathology.
