As deforestation has continued to negatively impact human, the alarming rate of forest degradation in African States needs to be addressed. Achieving sustainable forestry requires the establishment of Government Forestry Policies beneficial to the civil society and also executable strategies put in place for financing this important sector.This book highlights ways in which financing Forestry was achieved through the ACP-EU cooperation with Botswana as a case study.
