The second Vatican Council brought a great relief to the Universal Church as well as the World at large. It was a great attempt to complete the magisterium which began at the first Vatican Council (1869-1870). And thus, the articles 21-23 on the Sacramentality of the Episcopate, the College of Bishops and its head and the relation within the College conveys the nature of the Synodal assembly.
