The Fedorans and a powerful witch named Akio, with motives shrouded in secrecy, threaten the Substation. Anya, Oliver, and their allies fight back, uncovering a stolen package coveted by the Crannions and a plot that could destroy the city.

Their desperate struggle takes them to the heart of the Crannion dominion - the Hypogeum Basement. Through cunning and teamwork, they bypass the security measures and find themselves in an unsettling, physics-defying chamber.
