An International submarine race thrusts Rick Striker, an American sub designer and pilot, into the spotlight and world of undersea adventure with sabotage, intrigue and danger. A week before the race begins a freak accident critically injures one of Ricks co-pilots forcing him to make a decision that risks his own daughters life in order to realize his dream of winning the race.
