Volume 1 showed you how to make an AI agent do your daily work. This one shows you how to make it hold up at the scale of an organization.
Claude Code reads your files, writes your documents, and finishes the job. Once you trust it with one task, the questions change: how do you feed it the right context, how do you keep it inside rules it must not break, and how do you run it again tomorrow without setting it up twice.
Volume 2 - In Practice opens with the three skills that answer those questions. Context engineering decides what the agent knows. Harness engineering decides what it is allowed to touch. Loop engineering decides how work repeats without you. A fourth chapter puts several agents to work at once and shows where that helps and where it does not.
The middle of the book is audit work. Three chapters build automation for ISO/IEC 27001 information security, 27701 privacy, and 42001 AI management system audits - evidence collection, gap analysis, and report drafting - written by a lead auditor who runs these audits.
The rest is systems. Four chapters take an ERP from requirements to an Odoo build with migrated data, then design a CRM workflow on top of it. Three more cover production deployment on the cloud, daily operations and incident response, and automated checks against cloud security configuration.
The book closes with governance: an AI management framework for the organization, then a rollout plan and a training curriculum for the people who have to use it.
Every prompt in this book was actually run. Every output printed here is what came back, not what should have come back. Where the tool got it wrong, the book says so.
Volume 1 - Foundations covers installation, prompt basics, and ten office automations. Read it first if you have not used Claude Code.
Who it is for: readers who finished Volume 1, ISO auditors and consultants, information security and IT planning staff, and ERP owners.
Appendices include reusable templates, audit checklists, an operations reference, and a chapter on preventing and responding to attacks.
