When young female tourists begin turning up dead in Key Largo Florida, Lieutenant David Myers, a Detective with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department finds himself in a race against time to stop the killer and keep the body count from getting any higher

Calvin Mercer, who owns and operates the Swaying Palms Resort in Key Largo, is suspected to be involved in everything from real estate fraud all the way up to kidnapping and murder. His business associates and hired security team work endlessly to protect Mercer and his vast empire, and will under no circumstances allow anyone in law enforcement to get too close to the truth, even it that means kidnapping and murder.
