Meet Kevin Julie as he approaches the last year of the 20th century. It is January 1999, and Kevin is almost 30 years old. He is happy go lucky, but very lazy. Those who make up Kevin's crazy world include his cat and dog, his best friend, Alexis, her partner, Jane, his mother, who wants Kevin to get married, and Jack, his mountain-size friend.
