The 2-Mercapto Benzooxazole linked 1,2,4-Oxadiazoles were designed by scaffold hopping approach and synthesised. The 2-Mercapto Benzothiazole Coupled Benzyl Triazoles compounds were designed by scaffold-Hopping approach and synthesised. All these compounds were biologically evaluated as anti inflammatory agents by targeting COX-1, COX-2, and LOX-5.
