Christ, The Son Of God, The Great Subject Of A Gospel Ministry, Opened And Recommended

This volume presents two sermons by John Guyse, titled "Christ, The Son Of God, The Great Subject Of A Gospel Ministry, Opened And Recommended." Delivered at St. Hellen's in April of 1729, these sermons delve into the theological significance of Christ within the context of gospel ministry. Guyse's work offers insights into the religious thought of the early 18th century and explores the central role of Christ in Christian doctrine and practice.

These sermons offer valuable primary source material for students and scholars interested in religious history, theology, and homiletics. The text provides a window into the preaching styles and theological concerns of the period, making it a significant addition to any collection focused on the history of Christian thought.
