Intentional Life

We've all been there at some point.

The day goes by in a blur, one blink and you miss it. You sit wondering how you got to this point, did you make all of the decisions that got you here knowingly?

This book is about how to switch off autopilot and start to live a more intentional and wholesome life. The kind of life that you're proud of, the kind of life that fills you up, one you can look back on and think fondly about every intentional decision you made as the creator of your own story.

Life isn't about going through the motions to just exist and function on a daily basis, it's about really and truly living in each moment and having a clear vision of who you are. We live in a world filled with hustle and bustle, pulled from pillar to post, living life in the fast lane. It’s easy to feel lost and get swept up in the whirlwind that we call life.

This book is a pause.
